As the situation with Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to escalate and in line with Government guidance, we made the decision to temporarily close our stores form Monday 23 March 2020. These measures were taken to help with social distancing and protect both our customers and employees. During this period of uncertainty our own stores are temporarily closed but despite having limited staff we are still processing and despatching orders from head office, therefore we can still fulfil any orders that come through our website

When will my order be dispatched?

Our aim is to dispatch all orders of 'In Stock' items within 24 hours. If you place your order on Saturday or Sunday, it will be dispatched on the following Monday.

If you place your order on a Bank Holiday, we will dispatch your order on the following working day.

How do I know if the item I want is available?

Availability of our products is shown on the website:

  • In Stock  - indicates that the product is in stock with us.
  • In Stock with suppliers - indicates that the product is in stock with our suppliers, and will be shipped out to you as soon as it arrives in stock with us. Mostly, this takes 2-3 days unless otherwise indicated.
  • In stock - despatched from suppliers - Indicates that the product is in stock with our suppliers and shipped directly from them to you
  • Back Order- indicates that the product is not in stock with us, but is normally available to order from our supplier within 7 to 14 working days. If the supplier does not have stock, we will email you within 2 working days with more accurate availability information.

Your payment will be processed once your order has been dispatched if using Klarna payments and on the same day of order if using PayPal. If you wish to check how long it will take to source a Pre-order item, please email or speak to our sales team on 01902 742 444.

What if only part of the order is in stock?

Orders shipping to the UK - If only part of the order is in stock, we will dispatch what we have straight away and the rest of the order as soon as we receive the stock. Acotis are not liable for the return carriage costs of any unwanted, part received orders if the product is discounted in anyway. Please see full terms of delivery.

Orders shipping outside of the UK - If only part of the order is in stock it will be held at our warehouse until the order is complete. The order will be shipped once all items are in stock.

How accurate is your website?

We work hard to ensure that the descriptions of the items on our website are as accurate as possible. It is important to note that specifications are subject to change without notice by the suppliers/manufacturers and as such we cannot be held responsible for any real or perceived discrepancies between products and their descriptions.


We will not pass on any details to any other parties. When you make an order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, billing address, delivery address (if different) and payment details. Your order is an offer to Acotis Limited to buy the product(s) in your order. When you place an order to purchase a product from Acotis Limited, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order (the "Order Confirmation E-mail"). Without affecting your right of withdrawal you can cancel your order for a product at no cost any time before we send the Dispatch Confirmation E-mail relating to that product.
